Elevare Warranty

Elevare Skin is proud to offer a warranty on all of our devices. If your product has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, file a warranty claim for your registered device within the valid warranty period, and we will replace your damaged device with a brand new one. The charging cord and cradle for your device are also covered under this warranty, see below for additional details. We want you to feel confident and secure that when you invest in Elevare Skin products, you are buying the best and most effective product available in today’s market.

What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product and will not cover instances, such as the Elevare® lettering and logo rubbing off due to normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

Please be aware:

  • Overcharging your device may result in battery malfunction. Make sure to follow the device manual and instructions to ensure that the device is properly charged.
  • Your device must be stored in a cool dry place away from water and moisture.
  • Use device on clean skin, not on makeup or skin care, unless you have the Elevare RED with a silicon cap.

If you do not properly care and store for your device, it may invalidate your warranty.

Is the warranty replacement free? Do I have to pay anything?
Per the Elevare® Warranty, your replacement product is absolutely free. We provide a return label via email for you to mail the damaged device back to us. Your only out of pocket expense includes a processing, shipping & handling fee for the brand new Elevare device to be mailed back to you. The fee is $89.99 for all devices, with the exception of the Elevare mini, which has a $59.99 fee. Pricing is for shipments within the U.S. only, see below for international pricing.

For international shipments ONLY:
Shipping a device replacement internationally costs $129.99 for all devices, with the exception of the Elevare mini, which has a $89.99 fee. Shipping fees may vary depending on location. Potential customs/brokerage fees may be applied by your shipping carrier at their own discretion.
