My device doesn't heat up

Elevare devices work with a smart sensor and therefore will only activate and emit heat when in contact with your skin. Once the device has been turned on, the treatment head will start to heat up slowly within 60 seconds. To test if your smart sensor is working properly, place your fingers on the treatment head and wait approximately 60 seconds. The device should heat up to 107 degrees F.

My device doesn't seem to be charging

The display light will turn red while charging and will turn off when the device is charging to conserve battery. This is not an indication of whether or not the charger is working properly. After a minimum of 6 hours in the charging base, your device is ready for use.

Have you charged your device overnight prior to first use?

Please try a different outlet to see if that allows your device to charge. For Elevare Plus and Limited devices, try to connect the charger directly into the device, without using the charging base. Charge overnight. If it's still not holding a charge, you can file a claim.

Devices must be charged overnight before first use. Please charge your device overnight and come back to us if your device is still not working properly.

My device isn't lighting up correctly

To test if your smart sensor is working properly, place your fingers on the treatment head and wait approximately 60 seconds. Please note, it's perfect normal for some lights on the treatment head to be brighter than others.
